I did not receive a confirmation message because my phone was not text enabled. I have since contacted my mobile phone provider to enable it. Do I need another confirmation message sent?

No. If your Short Message Service (SMS) phone was already submitted to our database, you should be confirmed to receive SMS alerts from us.

To check or change your subscription or numbers, please do the following:

  • Log into OneTech (http://onetech.atu.edu).
  • In the Personal Information channel, click ATU Alert Sign Up.

  • Enter a valid cell phone number and select Textable. You may also enter a second contact number for you or someone else at this time. Finally, click Submit.
