This is a problem with the cookies in your browser. Please clear the cookies and/or history. The way to do this varies with each different web browser.

The instructions provided below are for Windows 7 users.

For Firefox 39.0.3:

    1. Click the "Open menu" button New Fx Menu in the top right-handed corner.

    2. Choose History.


    3. Click Clear Recent History.


    4. Click the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear to choose how much of your history Firefox will clear.


    5. Next, click the arrow next to Details and select exactly what information you would like to clear. To review what things are included in  your history, please click here.


   6. Finally, click the Clear Now button. The window will close and the items you have selected will be cleared.


For Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 7:
  • Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button  .
  • In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
  • Then click on the gear icon in the top, right-handed corner.
  • Select Internet Options.
