The end user will have to run two registry fixes to correct this problem.

  1. Navigate to the T Drive (Click Start - Click All Programs - Click Computer - Double Click on the T Data(T:) Drive).
  2. Open the User_Downloads folder.
  3. Open the Outlook Group Email Hotfix folder.
  4. Open the Office2010-2013GroupEmailFix_Instructions.docx document.
  5. Follow the steps outlined in this document.
