When trying to print from some web pages, the printed output may be cut off at the right margin or at the bottom.  This is usually caused when the web page content is contained in "frames" which are larger than the printed page.

To work around the issue, try the following:

Microsoft Edge Browser:

  1. Open a webpage that you want to print in Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click on "More actions" link (This is link with three dots (...) at the right side on the address bar).

  3. In "More actions" menu, Click on "Print" to open Print Settings dialog.

  4. Now, there are 3 different settings you can adjust to fit your printing need.

           A. Orientation: If you change from "Portrait" to "Landscape", it simply turns the printed output 90 degrees on the page.

           B. Scale.

           C. Margins.

  4. Click "Print" to print or "cancel" to close the Printer dialogue box.

Internet Explorer 11:

  1. Open a webpage that you want to print in IE 11.

  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner, hover your mouse over "Print" and then select "Page Setup ...".

  3. In the Page Setup box, reset the margin values to meet your need. If the page is wide, it may also be helpful to change from "Portrait" to "Landscape". This setting simply turns the printed output 90 degrees on the page.

  4. Click "OK" to print or "Cancel" to close the Page Setup dialogue box.

Chrome 47.0.2526.106 m:

  1. Open a webpage that you want to print in Chrome.

  2. Click on the tool icon in the top right-handed corner and then select "Print ...".

  3. In the Print box, change the layout from Portrait to Landscape. This setting simply turns the printed output 90 degrees on the page. If this does not meet your printing need, please go to step 3.

  4. Click on "More settings" in the bottom of the Print setup box. You should see the Margins setup drop-down box.

  5. Reset a margin value (None, Minimum or Custom) to meet your need.

  6. Click "Print" to print or "Cancel" to leave the Print setup.

Firefox 43.0.1:

  1. Open a webpage that you want to print in Firefox.

  2. Click on the tool icon in the top right-handed corner and click on "Print".

  2. Click on the "Shrink To Fit" to the right of the "Scale:" and choose a percentage value to fit your printing need.

  3. You can also change from "Portrait" to "Landscape". This simply turns the printed output 90 degrees on the page.

  4. Finally, click on "Print" to print. To cancel or leave the Print setup page, simply click the Close box to the right.

Please note that depending on your browser(s), it may be necessary to change these options back to normal the next time you print.
