This solution may help to resolve the following issues:


- Global Protect stuck at connecting after entering your credentials on SSO box. 

- Global Protect immediately shows a white web page after signing in with credentials, and then displays an error failed to connect to Global Protect gateway message.


Resolution:


- Step 1: Go to Spotlight, and type "Keychain Access".

- Step 2:  Choose "System" under System Keychains.

- Step 3:  Locate the pa.atu.edu certificate and choose Get Info (there may be more than one. Choose the one that expires next year).

- Step 4:  You will see 8 drop down boxes. Choose Always Trust for each.
