1.  Open Settings

2.  Type "Printers" into the search box and click on "Printers & Scanners"

3.  Click on the Konica Minolta Printer

4.  Click "Manage"  *If manage is not available, please follow the following steps*

    a.) Open Control Panel by searching for "Control Panel" in the Windows search.  (You can just click the Windows icon                 in the bottom left of the screen and start typing)

    b.) Search for "Devices and Printers" and click on it.

    c.)  Right click on the Konica Minolta Printer.

5.  Click "Printing Preferences" and a window like the one below should pop up.

6.  Click on the second tab which is labeled "Basic"

7.  Click on "Authentication/Account Track..." and a window like the one below should pop up.

8.  Enter the appropriate information for Account Track.   (Most departments do not include the department name when they set up Account Track, so you most likely will just need to input your Account Track Code in the Password box)

9.  Click Verify.  You should see a success dialog like the photo below.  If the verification does not succeed, you will not be able to print.   If it does not succeed, please call Campus Support.



10. Click OK, click OK, click Apply, and finally click OK.

*The settings are stored per user and not system wide.  This will need to be done for each user that logs in and wants to print.
