Once the recording is available, you will get an alert from the Skype for Business Recording Manager on your taskbar as illustrated in the following image.
You can then load the recording in SharePoint and provide a link to your participants to access the video.
The following figure illustrates how you can record a meeting from the More Options icon while the meeting is going on.
