To view documents on the Document camera:

  1. Lift the arm on Solo8 HoverCam.
  2. Double-click on the “Flex 11” icon  located on your desktop.
     Still not showing?

     A. Does Kaltura have the HoverCam’s image output going to it?
          a1. “Mute” the input that was created for the Hovercam in Kaltura
          a2. Close Kaltura using the icon in systray
    (May be in /\ “show hidden icons” menu at bottom right of desktop)
     
    B. Does WebEx have HoverCam’s image output going to it?
          b1. Ensure you are not in a WebEx meeting using the Hovercam as camera
