You can use Forgot Password on the Account Management System (AMS) website ONLY if you have submitted relevant recovery account information into AMS or Banner prior to using Forgot Password. Even though the Forgot Password process will require you to submit answers to your security questions, they are not a requirement to use Forgot Password.
