Students cannot load a video in courses because it is a .wmv file and they are on a Mac.

Since .wmv is the Windows Media Video format, QuickTime occasionally has trouble converting the video on the fly. As a workaround, students may use VLC Media Player instead, which is free in the Apple store. This seems to be able to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
