RESOLUTION


This solution article explains how to download and install Office 365 home, personal, or university version on your PC.

  • Sign in to your Office 365 account with ATU credentials and then click on the grid icon at the top left.
  • Then click on Microsoft 365 Copilot




  • Click on the Apps left side panel.


  • In the upper-right hand corner click on Install apps > Then click on Microsoft 365 Apps.


  • You will be redirected to he Apps & Devices page to begin your installation process.  Click on Install Office to start the download of Office 365.


  • Follow the installation process to complete your installation. Please note that because the installation will take a while, we strongly suggest that if you use a laptop device, plug it into a power outlet.
