Videos of exam sessions are stored for a minimum of one year from the last day of the licensing period. Additionally, we (Respondus) can provide a one-time use URL that administrators can use to download a specific video if it is required for legal or other purposes. If your institution requires that videos be stored for a period longer than one year, please have your license administrator submit a ticket.
