Office 365 provides full Mail, Contacts, and Calendar synchronization with Android devices. To set up your account,

  • Tap "Apps" on your Android phone.

         

  • Then tap "Settings"

         

  • Under "Accounts" tap "Add account"

         

  • Then tap "Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync" (Some phones/devices have it listed as Corporate account)

         

  • Type in your @atu.edu email address and your OneTech password and tap "Manual Setup".

         

  • Under "Domain\username" type your @atu.edu email address. Then under "Exchange server" type "outlook.office365.com" and tap "Next".

         

  • If prompted with "Remote security administration" tap "OK".

         

  • Choose the default Account options and tap "Next".

         

  • Name your account, for example, ATU Office 365 and then tap "Done".

         

  • To check to make sure it is working, go to the home screen and tap "Email".

         

  • Then tap to open the inbox for your Office 365 account and you should see emails appear from your mailbox.
