Every time I try to open the Respondus Lockdown Browser on my computer, it tells me to close the following program: Dell Dock.. What does that mean, and how do I fix this?

This means that there is a program called Dell Dock running on your computer. It needs to be closed before Respondus will run.

To find the job,

Hit Ctrl-Alt-Del keys at the same time. This will start the Task Manager.
Click on the Processes tab and find the Dell Dock process. Highlight it by clicking the process, and click the End Process button.

This will kill the process and then your Respondus Lockdown browser should run.
