Why am I getting a double paper feed error when trying to scan?

To solve this problem:
Unplug the power from the scanner, then plug it back in.
Next, reboot your computer.
Once it is back up, login and try to scan the document again. If you need further assistance, please contact the Campus Support Center at 479-968-0646 or
