Ensure that you downloaded Respondus from http://www.respondus.com/lockdown/information.pl?ID=147834412
If you got it from somewhere else, you will have to uninstall that version first before re-loading the correct one at the URL provided above.
I downloaded the Respondus lockdown browser and now it is not working.
