This can happen for several reasons:

  • You are trying to access a website that does not exist or is temporarily down: This might be the case if you're able to connect to and load other websites.  There are services online such as http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ that allow you to check the status of an individual site.

  • Your computer is not properly configured to connect to the Internet through Tech's network: If you are unable to load any websites, including onetech.atu.edu, this might be the case.  Please verify that your device is connected either via a wired or wireless connection and that it is not indicating that there is a connectivity issue.

  • The network connection you are plugged into is defective: This might be the case if you have your device plugged in but it does not indicate that it has a connection.  Please contact the Campus Support Center either by submitting a ticket or by calling 479-964-0583.

  • Tech might be experiencing outside connectivity problems:  This might be the case if no one else is able to load outside websites but everyone is still able to connect to and load onetech.atu.edu or bblearn.atu.edu. The Office of Information Systems will usually detect this issue and have it resolved in a reasonable time.
