Maybe. It depends on what the virus is using your computer for. For instance, if a virus uses your computer to send out emails or copies of the virus itself, then the Office of Information Systems will need to disable your Internet connection to stop the virus from spreading. If your connection has stopped working, please contact the Campus Support Center (479-968-0646 or [email protected]). You can also submit a ticket to open a support request.
