Faculty and staff can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in the following format to request an announcement to be placed on OneTech. Students needing announcements to be posted must contact the Student Services Office.
The subject of an email subject should include "OneTech Announcement".
The body of the email should contain the following information:
- Post Date
- Expiration Date
- Targeted Group: Students, Faculty, or Staff, or any combination of these.
- Subject of the Announcement: 60 character limit.
- Body of the Announcement
- Contact Information
Please note that an announcement request does not guarantee the announcement to be posted.
