To release your spam emails from your quarantine in Office 365, please do the following:

  • Login to your ATU email at office365.atu.edu.
  • Click the grid icon    in the top left-handed corner.
         
  • Click the "View all my apps" link.
         
  • Click the "Spam Quarantine" icon. Please note that you can right-click on it and "PIN" it to your app launcher.
         
  • Then, you should see a list of the spam emails your currently have. You can release any of them by clicking an email message and then clicking the mail icon.
