To release your spam emails from your quarantine in Office 365, please do the following:

  • Login to your ATU email at mail.atu.edu.
  • Click the grid icon (1) in the top left-handed corner.  
  • If it is in the drop down listed apps, click the Spam Quarantine option (2)
  • If Spam Quarantine is not listed, click the "More apps" link and on the next page, check for the Spam Quarantine App, or select All Apps.


  • Then, you should see a list of the spam emails your currently have. You can release any of them by clicking an email message (1) and then clicking the Release button(2).
