On January 31, 2019, Blackboard deployed update 3500.9.0 to our environment. An unintentional side effect of this patch has made users unable to connect to Blackboard via Internet Explorer. When attempting to log in to Blackboard on Internet Explorer, a spinning ‘loading’ icon will appear. This page will persist until the browser is closed. Please use another browser to access Blackboard, such as Chrome or Firefox.
