Right now we are recommending virtual office hours in one of two ways:
1) Using WebEx Meetings: Opening your personal room during your scheduled office hours, but locking the meeting. When students join using your personal link, you will receive a notification in the meeting that says the student is waiting to enter the meeting. The students will wait in the virtual lobby until you permit them into the meeting. This will prevent a student from interrupting a meeting you're already having with another student.
2) Using WebEx: During your set office hours, have the students find you in WebEx Teams and initiate a video or audio call in Teams. You will receive a notification in Teams that you are receiving a call and you can answer the call. Students can see your availability status in WebEx Teams and if another one calls you while you're on a call with a student, you'll see another notification and you can choose to switch calls or return the call later.
