Note: You can recall an email message in Outlook that was sent by mistake only if the recipient has not opened the email yet.
- Click on Sent Items
- Double click on the email message you want to recall. This will open the message in it's own window.
- Click on Actions
- Click on Recall This Message
- Make sure Delete unread copies of this message is selected.
- Click on OK
