To send an email to a different email address from the Microsoft Form owner, you can use Power Automate to setup the flow.


    To get to Power Automate, log into mail.atu.edu and click on the square box in the top left hand side corner.


    If Power Automate is not in the list, click on All apps


Click on Power Automate



  1. Click on My Flows
  2. Click on  + New
  3. Click on Automated--from blank



  1. Name the flow
  2. Select "When a response is submitted Microsoft Forms"
  3. Click on Create



  1. Select the Microsoft form in the Form Id field (In this example, it's named Test Form)
  2. Click on + New step



  1. Search for Microsoft Forms
  2. Select "Get response details Microsoft Forms"



  1. Select the Microsoft Form in the Form Id field
  2. Click in the Response Id field
  3. Click on Response Id in the popup box
  4. Click on + New step



  1. Search for Send Email
  2. Click on "Send an email (V2) Office 365 Outlook"



  1. In the To field, type the email address to send the responses to and select the account from the list.
  2. Type the subject of the email in the Subject field.
  3. Format the email in the Body field, labeling the fields and selecting the responses (4) from the popup box
  4. (Response details)
  5. Click on Save
