Every Webex meeting keeps a list of attendees and that list is made available to the host of the meeting. After the meeting has ended, a preliminary report is available immediately, but it may take several hours for the final report to be ready. These reports can be useful for tracking class attendance when your class meets in Webex.


Follow these steps to find the Usage Report for Webex Meetings


  1. Log into the Webex portal at https://atu.webex.com.

  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click your name, more features, and click 'My Reports.'


  3. On the new "My Webex Reports" page that opens, click "Usage Report."



  4. Next, select the date range you want to search for reports and click "Display Report."

  5. The next page displays a table of all the meetings you hosted during the specified time frame. Click one of the meeting titles to view the report from that meeting.


  6. The report shows the name and email address of each participant and gives you an option to export the report into a csv file
