1. Use your web browser to navigate to https://video.atu.edu.
2. In the upper right hand corner of the page is an option to Login. Just log in using your normal ATU credentials.
3. After signing in, click on Add New at the top and then click Kaltura Capture:
4. On the next page are the options for downloading/installing. Just choose the option that is appropriate to your computer:
5. Just follow the on screen prompts for the installation. It is no different than installing any other software.
6. The first time you use it, you will need to launch it from the web browser. So once again, click on Add new at the top and then click Kaltura Capture:
7. You should get some pop up from your web browser asking how you want to open it. Just check the box to always allow and click Open Link. This screen shot I am showing here is from the Firefox browser. It looks a little different if using Chrome, but the concept is the same:
8. Now the software will run. There is not much to it. You can choose if you want to record the screen, or the camera, or just audio, or a combination. Then just press the red button to record:
9. You have to launch it from the web browser for the first time, but after that you can just double click on the icon from your desktop and it will open the Kaltura program.
