Instructors can create WebEx teams for their Blackboard classes by using the WebEx tool in Blackboard.

  1. Navigate to the Blackboard course and then click Tools then Webex.
  2. In the Setup tab and scroll down to Authorize with LMS. Click Authorize. This may open a new window asking you to confirm your ATU credentials; this is normal.
  3. Once Authorized in the Setup tab, look under Choose Your Features and select any options you'd like to be enabled for this course. Check any you would like to use then click Apply
    1. Classroom Collaboration - This option will create a WebEx space for the course (including enrollments)
    2. Virtual Meetings - Schedule re-occurring meeting times with your class. Choose Automatic Recording to record the meeting at the start of the meeting time.
    3. Office Hours - Set up scheduled office hours where students can book short meetings during your availability window.
