What do I do if I am missing the I, T, or U Drives?
Windows Users:
If you are on Campus:
- Reboot your computer and log back in.
- Check to see if your network drives come back. It may take a few minutes for your computer to completely log back in and map the drives.
- Check to make sure you have a network connection. Locate the network icon on the task bar and click on it. It should look like the icon in the red circle and say "Connected atu.edu" when you click on it.
- If you still do not have a network connection contact Campus Support at 968-0646 or email [email protected].
- If there is a network connection then check to see if your drives have reconnected
- it may take a few minutes for your drives to reconnect
- If you still do not have your mapped drives then download the attached batch file to your desktop. Once it is finished downloading double click it to remap your network drives.
- If you still do not have your mapped drives please contact Campus Support at 968-0646 or email [email protected]
If you are off Campus:
- Reboot your computer and log back in.
- Make sure you are connected to an internet service. You can check this by opening a web browser and navigating to any webservice like google.com, amazon.com, etc.
- Make sure you are connected to campus through the GlobalProtect VPN

- Once connected to the download the attached batch file to your desktop. Once it is finished downloading double click it to remap your network drives.
