If you have a copier you will need to inform DataMax so they can move it.
You will need to mark all your computer equipment (Computer, Monitors, Mouse, Keyboard, Phone, Printers, Scanners, etc.) with blue painters tape with the room number that the equipment will move to. Please do not put the tape on the monitor screens. The back of the monitor will be fine.
We will come the day before the moving company to unhook all the equipment and move it to 404 El Paso. We will have to store the equipment in other rooms until the furniture arrives. Once the furniture is set up we will come back and set up the offices. When we come depends on how many people are moving that day, and how much computer equipment there will be. We may have to start in the morning. Please plan accordingly.
