1. Go to the Google Play Store and search for VMware Horizon Client.

2. If you already have the VMware Horizon Client installed on your Chromebook you will see an "Open" button like in the screenshot above. If this is your first time you will need to click on "Install".

3. After the Client has installed on your Chromebook, you will go to the app launcher and launch the VMware Horizon Client.

4. Next you will be asked to put in a server name.  You will type in vdesktops.atu.edu into the web address text box and click connect.

5. You will then be asked to put in your ATU username and password  Then click Login.

6. Duo may ask to authenticate with you.  You will put a 1 if you want a Duo Push sent to your Duo mobile app.  You will put a 2 if you want an SMS text code to be sent to your phone number on file with us in our Duo system.  If you have a hardware token it will simply ask for passcode from the hardware token.

7. You should see the normal layout with all the different apps ATU offers to students.  Depending on the type of permission you have you might see more options than others.  If you need to access a virtual Windows computer you will click on Remote Student.
