A recent change has caused Assignments that are created in a Learning Module to have their "Submit" button pushed off the page for some students (see image below)
(Bottom-right of the screen)
This issue has been reported to Blackboard but until a fix is deployed your can still submit your assignment by clicking the "Collapse" icon in the Table of Contents (see image below, circled in red).
If you're still unable to see the submit button, try zooming out in your browser. On most browsers this can done by holding down Ctrl (or the ⌘ on Mac) and pressing "-" to zoom out and "+" to zoom in.
