How to Download the Gradebook History Including Deleted Items

1.  Go to the Gradebook of your course.  Click the little gear symbol in the upper right corner:

2.  Now click Download grades:

3.  Choose the Grade History, all items, and deleted items and then download:

You will get a spread sheet with details on all the changes in the gradebook.
