If you are a "returning" student, it does not matter how long you have been away from Tech, your OneTech username will remain the same.
 
If your password is already "expired" AND you remember what your previous password was, you can go to the Account Management Website (AMS) at https://webapps.atu.edu/ams/ and click Change Password to change it.
 
If you do not remember your most recent expired password AND have NEVER entered your Password Recovery Information, you will need to contact Campus Support at 479-968-0646.


If you have forgotten your password BUT have populated your Password Recovery Information, you can click Forgot Password to change your password.
