How do I turn down or turn off junk email filtering in Outlook?

To Turn It Off:

Open Outlook.
On the Home Tab, Delete Section, Click the dropdown arrow next to the Junk Button, Click Junk Email Options.
Click Options Tab and then click No Automatic Filtering. This will turn the Junk email filter off.

To Turn it Down:

Simply select the Low option on the Options tab.
