Please follow the steps below to share your Exchange calendar:

  • In Outlook, click Calendar in the bottom left.
  • At the top of the screen in the ribbon, click Share Calendar.
  • In the dialog box, type the email address of the person that you want to share the calendar with.

Note: If Outlook gives you an error about 'calendar sharing not available due to permissions on the network', you must click to the To button and then click Advanced Find and type the users First Name and select the correct one.

Once the calendar is shared, you can edit the permissions that the person has. Just to the right of the share calendar button, is calendar permissions, click that.

Select the name of the person and then give them the proper permissions. There are predefined options in the drop down menu to select from. You also have the option to manually set the permissions yourself by filling in the check boxes and radio buttons if the
predefined options do not suit your needs.
