OneTech is Arkansas Tech University’s centralized self-service web portal designed to give students, faculty, and staff convenient, secure, and seamless access to the digital resources they use every day. Through OneTech, users can manage essential aspects of their academic and professional experience from a single, easy-to-navigate location.
The portal provides quick access to key services such as ATU email (Office 365), password and account management, billing statements, financial and registration information, student records, Blackboard course materials, and other campus systems. By bringing these tools together in one place, OneTech simplifies daily tasks, reduces the need to navigate multiple websites, and helps ensure users can find the information they need—anytime, anywhere.
A portal card is a small, interactive tile within the OneTech portal that gives you quick access to important information, tools, or actions. Each card focuses on a specific area, with links to several services or tasks associated with that area—such as the Registration Information card having links to registering for or dropping classes, looking up classes, or checking for holds—so you can find what you need at a glance.
Portal cards often display helpful summaries, links, or status updates, and many allow you to jump directly into a service with a single click. By organizing information into easy-to-read cards, the portal makes it faster and simpler to manage your daily tasks without having to search through multiple menus or websites.
One key feature of OneTech is that the default cards are only a handful of what is available to you based on your role. All other cards must be searched in the All Cards search available in the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner of your home screen or found in the View All Cards link located on the righthand side of the screen below the announcements, above the cards.
Once you are in the search, type what you are looking for into the search bar. Searches are keyed both to the names of cards and to key words related to the cards.
