Yes. As enrolled ATU students or current ATU employees, you can download Office 365 to your personal computer, up to 5 different devices, for free. To download, please follow the steps below:


Note: MS Office is provided on every campus-owned computer. When outside of a classroom, students may access the program at the Ross Pendergraft Library and Technology Center.


Open your Web browser and go to mail.atu.edu. This will take you to the Office 365 login page.

  • Log in by using your OneTech ID and password as your login credentials.

  • After you are logged in, click on the box icon at the top left.



  • Click on the Office 365 Link.


  • Click the Install and more link in the top right corner and then select Install Microsoft 365 apps.



  • This will open a My Account Window for you.  From you will look for the Office apps & devices and then click on Install Office.

  • Next this will launch the download to be placed in your download folder in the upper right hand corner of your web browser.  Double Click the download for it to start the install process of Office 365 on your PC.
