If you are having trouble logging into OneTech, here are some things you can try.


  • When logging into OneTech, be sure to use your username and not your email address. For example, instead of using [email protected], use jdoe.
  • Passwords expire every 365 days, so it's possible the password for the account has expired.  You can go to the Change Password page in the Account Management System to update the password.
  • If you have forgotten your password, you can go to the Forgot Password page in the Account Management System.
  • If 5 failed attempts were made trying to log in, your account may have been locked.  If that is the case, the account will unlock within 5 minutes, or you can contact Campus Support.
