Important: If you own a wireless Chrome OS laptop/tablet, make sure it is connected to ATU-Wireless. If you choose to use a hard-wired Ethernet connection, make sure you are connected to the TECH network.
Installing PaperCut Mobility Print for Chrome OS
1. After connecting to Tech's network, go to the Chrome App Store and add the Mobility Print app.
2. Click ADD TO CHROME.
3. If it asks if you want to add "Mobility Print", click the button.
4. After the app installs you will see this message below.
5. Go to the document or file you want to print and click Print. You will click see more in the Printer Options with with a See More option. Under see more choose the Universal Print Queue. See screen show below.
6. Once you click Universal Print Queue it will load in as one of your preferred printers as seen below in the screenshot.
7. After you click Print you will see a login screen wanting to put in your ATU Username and ATU Password. This will send it on to the printer for you to scan your card and allow the print to come out.
