If you were already using QuestionPro, you were automatically shifted to the new Enterprise Educational Account for ATU which should now give you full access to all features.
We have a limited number of offline devices that can be added to an account to do offline surveys. You will need to contact the Campus Support Center to arrange an assignment of offline devices licenses.
