** Note -- This article is specifically for using the stamp tool.  If you need assistance with creating a stamp then please follow this article -- https://support.atu.edu/support/solutions/articles/7000046243 **

1. Open the PDF file you need to put a stamp on.

2. On the lower right hand side of the screen, click on the More Tools option:

3. On the next screen, click on open underneath the Stamp button:

4.  Now click on Stamp at the top and you will be presented with a menu:

5.  Now you can choose which Stamp to use.  If you followed the steps in the previous solution article (https://support.atu.edu/support/solutions/articles/7000046243) then hover your mouse cursor on Standard Business and the stamp is all the way at the bottom of the list.  Just click on it:

6.  The stamp will attach itself to your cursor.  Just click the left mouse button somewhere on the page where you want to place the stamp:

7.  After placing the stamp, there may need to be some house keeping done.  Maybe the stamp is too big, for example.  You can select the stamp using the select tool at the top, and then adjust the size of the stamp with your mouse:

8.  In order to place a signature on the stamp, you will first have to reduce the opacity of the stamp down to 30%.  In order to do that, you must have the stamp selected with the selection tool.  Now right click on the stamp and choose properties:

9.  On this next window, just type in 30 in the opacity box (You can play around with it.  It could be 35 if you want.  The stamp just needs to be light enough for the signature to show through).  Also just click the box to Make Properties Default so you will not have to adjust the opacity the next time you use the stamp.  Now click on OK at the bottom:

10.  You can now place a signature on the stamp:
