If clearing your browser’s cache, make sure to select the Cache/Cached Items and the Cookies, but deselect any other items, as deleting anything other than those could remove parts of your browsing experience that do not need to be removed to fix the issue.


If clearing your browser's cache does not work, please call the Campus Support Center to verify that your account is not locked.  If your account is not locked, please visit http://ams.atu.edu to Change your Password, or do Forgot Password.  If you do not remember your last password, have not entered your security questions and recovery information, or your recovery information is no longer valid, you will need to contact the Campus Support Center for a recovery password which ONLY works on the AMS website.
