Q: Why is my content missing or not displaying properly in OneTech?
A: Content can be missing for several reasons. The cards in OneTech are displayed based on the roles that the user has. The user will not see cards that don't match their roles. There are other factors that might influence how content in a card is displayed. Session timeouts and private/incognito browsing may cause the content in a card to not display or to display a log in. In this case, switch out of private/incognito browsing, log out to establish a new session and/or clear the browser's cache and cookies. If this does not resolve your issue, contact Campus Support to open a ticket.
Q: Why am I being prompted to log in multiple times?
A: Typically this is a result of session timeouts behind the scenes or issues with the browser cache. Clear the browser cache and cookies and try logging back in.
Q: Is there any way I can stop the automatic log-off when my OneTech session has timed out?
A: For security purposes, the OneTech timeout setting for students is after 15 minutes of inactivity and for faculty/Staff it is set to 2 hours. There is no option to turn this off.
Q: Can I lock or pin cards to a permanent location?

Q: Can I add my own calendar to OneTech?
A: At this time OneTech supports only one system wide calendar to be used.
