- Make sure that you have internet access and that the user does not have to update their username and password in Safe Connect.
- Press and hold the Self Service app until it starts to shake. Press the “X” to remove the app from the iPad.
- Press the Home button.
- Go the App Store.
- Search for Jamf Software.
- Download Self Service.
- Open Self Service and wait for the apps to populate. This might take a while. Please wait 10-15 minutes before trying again.
The Self Service app on an ATU iPad does not have any apps listed or has a spinning wheel that does not stop.

To solve the issue, please delete the app from the iPad and then download Self Service from the App Store by following the steps below:
