When querying a document, the thumbnails are rendered properly, but the full size image is not displayed.
This has been reported as an issue when trying to view documents by clicking on the Retrieve button in Banner 9.
The issue is most likely the result of having an extension installed and enabled in Chrome. We have seen this behavior with Chrome's High Contrast extension in particular. Since most users have the High Contrast extension installed for use with Banner 9, it appears as though the issue is related to Banner 9.
Disabling the High Contrast extension in Chrome (Shift + F11) allows the document to be displayed properly.
